guess what i just did.

wrong.

ok i went to The Killer's official website and emailed the band manager. I asked Brandon Flowers to take me to my junior prom. he's not going to say yes, but the idea just struck me as hilarious. here i'll copy the text and you can file me under crazy once again.

hello. My name is Jessica, and to whom it may concern, i would like to ask Brandon Flowers to my junior prom. I'm not sure if this is the right place to send this email or if it will even be read, but you cannot blame a girl for asking. Again, my name is Jessica, and i'll be 17 next month.The prom is saturday, april 23rd. I go to a very small school and the young men of this institution are crass, insensitive, and sin of all sins, unwilling to ask young females to the prom. The thought of going alone did enter my mind. Also did the thought of asking them myself. But, an idea came to me. If i was going to do the asking, i might ask someone older. Someone attractive. Someone who seems like a nice guy from what i've seen. Someone gorgeous, who i happen to have a crush on. Perhaps you'll simply delete this email, but again, you can't blame me for taking a shot. Thanks to whoever gets this, thanks for your time. I'd like a reply if that's cool, but i won't go stalker on you guys.
